Slimming down and maintenance require alot of determination and discipline.
I had done it within 3 months to lose 8.5kg. Now helping a doctor friend called Sam to slim down. 3kg in 3 weeks and still counting.

Obviously soya bean is really good for immunity power, mainly for men. Thanks Skye for sharing us good tips. I am not very sure about that it will reduce the weight. I will try at home.
 
the best to slim down is exercise! why must we suffer from diet! and those diet program eating disgusting powder and cant even have proper meal with the family? i had been swimming for 1 mth 3 times a week and i slim down almost 5 kg. Lock down your determination you can do it

Think about it, slimming from pills or program only make your body looks saggy but exercise makes you fit and healthy
