Jimmyr When was the flat sold? Do you have your Divorce order? When was the order dated? It could be a negative sale ..have you gone to CPF board to clarify the calculations? You have to include HDB loan n interest n Stamp Duty. Did you go to CPF corporate office to submit yr divorce order...
