Handling on divorce case

Hi,

My case was, I being caught on Internet flirting by wife. Which I had no intention to go into so deep with other person. As the person lived at oversea, presently my wife wanted to launched a divorce to open case for my child custody. May I know what is the chances of winning case. Because in real person I don't have intention to meet the oversea person just flirting on the Internet only.

Hi, Unlikely your wife will get the sole custody of your child unless you voluntarily give up. I don’t think this has anything to do with your flirting case. The judge, will likely to rule in favor of a joint custody.
However, you will likely to loose the care and control of the kid, woman always have this upper hand. Hope this helps.

Your wife behavior is expectable. You have to come clean with her and even kneel down and beg her for forgiveness. Women are generally soft-hearted. If you have been nice most of time till now that you are caught, chances are you should still have chance to win her back.
Be sincere, repentant, and committed to changes. If you love her all these should come easily.You may need long time to win back her trust and love. But with perseverance you sure can do it. I manage to get my wife to forgive me after 9-10 months ( not for infidelity, but other issues). She is still bearing grudges over the past and would give me a hard time now and then. But I am more than happy to have her forgiveness and to keep my family, andto give my kids a happy family.
