Anybody had success to sell BTO in open market after annulment n before MOP is due

He said he will write in to appeal. Do u have any idea if final judgment will be automatically granted? N how long will tt take? I gt interim on 27/11/17

If u get the interim, final judgement should be granted. Do check with your lawyer regard the details. He/she will be in a better position to advice. With regards to hdb, you will need to show prove of annulment.

I haven't get the final judgment... That's y I was wondering.. He engaged the lawyer..

From interim to final, it takes about 3 months. You don't have a lawyer to present u? Better to get one if you don't have.
