Be sure to read their T&C well.
Malena Bridal is one of the rare few package company who offers actual day photography and boast about specialising in premium gowns. My wifey can’t find their gowns catalogue online, only bit and pieces of their models in gowns (rare and few that She like). A big shout out to those who:

- Visited their actual boutique
- Completed their weddings by engaging Malena Bridal
- Not choose Malena Bridal
)Read their T&Cs thoroughly and verify their terms with them. One of those studios where only a couple of their staff can deliver good service and quality. So if you've done your research well on them, request for the specific person to serve you and specific MUA booked for you. Everyone else will disappoint you and wish you hadn't booked with them. A hit & miss bridal studio.

I signed with them via BOWS and it was almost on an impulse as they were so pushy and hardselling (which is terrible, and my bad for falling for it), and I'm quite regretting not researching more before I signed with them. Any tips for me? One of the clauses that I was very bothered by is that I can only try the gown once (or at the very very very most twice, if I beg). I find that so ridiculous as other bridal shops allow way more times to try the gowns as it's so difficult to choose immediately.

I concur with you! Me too, I’ve regretted signing with them before doing more research. I am also a little bothered by the fact that there is a limit of 2 hours for gown fitting. I’m not very sure if 2 hours will be sufficient because their gowns are generally quite pretty and I worried that I might spend quite some time to choose.

My htb almost signed the package with them. They definitely have beautiful gown but I did not feel that I like any of the gown I tried... I would really advise all BTB to think it through without stress and pressure from the coordinator / sales person. My sales coordinator, Jean was very friendly and sincere. As she believes in her gown quality, she really wanted us to have the "best" deal. But it was very pressurizing because I felt like she want to close deal on the spot. She even tell my htb to confirm AD photography first to lock on the deal. But we didn't sign up at the end.
