In the end i did signed with them too! I have also just done my photoshoot with them! Gowns were new, but to my girlfriends who accompanied me there for gown selection, they felt selection are not as wide as other established boutiques. But my coordinator was great, so i hope it will be smooth till AD!

Hi BabyPiya, PM sent! Photographer skills are good. Not very humorous but very pleased with his skills (at least from the raw photos we saw that day). My AD is 28 Oct.

As mentioned, PG was not bad, no complains as of now (Not sure what will be the outcome of the final edited photos.... but looking at his past portfolios i think we are in good hands) Do prepare small bites so you can have them when you have a short break while changing. i got real hungry and started to get really tired by the 3rd gown shoot. hahaha

Not yet! haha. I do MTM.Yes. is there a lot of gown to choose from? haha. I'm worried there is nothing i will like there since i have not visit the shop yet.

Hi all. Recently went to LS bridal shoo. Gown selection looks limited. But im impressed with their services , whereby they allow u to the gowns before settling on the package. Photos look excellent and they recommended Mr Lim, their in house photographer. Needs quotation tge package they offer. Thanks.

I went to LS bridal recently, they say they grown from a gown maker company, and actually besides the love story bridal, they are also in the business for malay wedding too. Attractive package for MTM gowns

maybe cause of her new child. my package is about 3k. my photoshoot is in march !!! I need help I have never seen the photographers portfolio and their studios can someone recommend a good photographer ? hi zzthree, i think they only have 1 in-house PG currently.. think you can check with your coordinator! Their studio is new, and been there a few times in this few months, they added new stuff regularly which is good in my opinion.yayyy glad to have these LS brides ! my coordinator like quite last min and kept cancelling our appts

Hi @zzthree yes I used their in house PG ah lim.. he shot most of the portraits LS used for fb advertisement, as per what he told me.
Hi zzthree, i did not meet up with the Pg before hand, as they told me all discussions are on the day itself, especially outdoor shoot may have to see weather to decide the final location....... but of course you can work out with your coordinator to request for a meet up for discussion if time permits..oh nice

Hi all! has anyone engaged Love Story Bridal Boutique before? I seen them on FB and they seem pretty new. And their FB seems to be flooded by good reviews from their own friends and families. . . .
Have an unpleasant experience from LS, signed up a bridal package include Taiwan outdoor shooting with them . First, I message them early on February this year for amendment of shooting date due to my husband's operation on September, they told me Dec and Nov have typhoon. Okay...I understand we can't go against act of GOD, so I asked for a month which is suitable for photo shooting and they say will get back to me because the one in charge of my package is temporary not available at the moment . I waited for two months for reply until I cant wait any longer and decided to cancel my package because I need to change my flight ticket that was book early on this January and make arrangement for my husband's surgery. However my husband told me to give them a chance maybe they are busy or something and also deposit we placed cannot be refund as per terms and conditions, so I contacted the one who in charge of my package and update her regarding my concern. And to my surprise, again.... I waited one month for a reply.... I felt so disappointed and frustrated. I don't know am I a difficult customer or are they really that busy.

Recently they do seem very busy expanding market share , plenty of wedding shows and participating in BOWS too.
I have some issue with them late Jan (before CNY) due to some miscommunication from their newbie, very ridiculous (he arranged gown selection on 4 Mar and pws on 9 Mar). I was rather upset and puzzled, but inform my coordinator who was on ML and the recovery service is good. Upon the meetup, they planned a schedule and blocked all the required dates in advance.
They aren't responsive to long WA msg in English, I usually give them ard 1 week before I called my coordinator to arrange. Voice recording is a good choice as it can be difficult to type in Chinese.
They are nice enough to help me switch my PWS from 12 may to 16 may due to my friend last min work trip and we got no driver. They could have done nothing and get us to pay $80 for driver and $250 for MUA to help, but they do an extra mile to arrange with another couple (not sure true a not but at least they definitely need to arrange PG n MUA timing as well) Going to have my pws next Tue~

Talk to them via call or arrange a meetup if possible, there are other coordinators who can help too. Follow up with them on weekly basis to let them know it's urgent and you need their answer to arrange flights and accommodation. Check with them if can change to Korea which might be a better choice in Nov/Dec. For Nov, Taichung and KS are good choice as my cousin had hers during these month.
Hope you are able to change Ur photoshoot date... LS seems not very responsive... Also encountered unpleasant experience with their service and etc. But no choice, already signed up with them
oh no... seems like you are not the only 1..... i heard from 1 other bride who also have problem with them..

I have no choice to switch to other bridal boutique because if on actual day arise some problems such as missing in action or miscommunication on the choice that made earlier on, that will be horrible. Bridal boutique must be very responsive to client's needs, because wedding is a very big event and need to spend a lot money on other things also beside bridal; it's okay to burned the $1000 deposit rather than risk ourselves on the actual day. I dun wan my wedding day turn out to be a disastrous memory.Now abit regret signed with bridal
I have ask their photographers and make up artists portfolio but they always dont want to talk about this.. and keep saying they will give us the best photographer & mua..

It's okie. I tried to call them also, it seems no one pick up. Very disappointed, manage to get a better bridal boutique and they are very responsive to all my questions and concern. The new bridal boutique give me a lot options when comes to choosing a date for our pre-wedding shoot and they are very flexible, recommended by my Taiwan friend saying that this boutique is very reputable in Taichung and a lot of Singapore couple also posted positive feeding back.
La Fatta? This is very reputable for TC as my brother and cousins were with them for tw pws just that a pity they do not have AD gown rental
Sigh.. I also hope nothing crop on my AD...
Hope their mua will come punctually on my AD.. Very scare they mia or hard to contact LS coordinator . Coz LS staffs are not responsive and always forget to return call or contact us... We are always the one contacting them sigh..Appt keep changing too... has encountered a few bad experience with them after signing up... we trust they will do a good job and spent so much money on the package and in e end we get this kind of service really hope they can improve in their customer service

i think if they are at the boutique, try whatsapp calling them. been there a few times, my mobile phone cannot receive calls very well, and their counter is always empty, need to reach them on mobile phone instead. so far my whatsapp call to them is okay.
