Hi BTB,

Can share what are the skin maintenance required to have flawless skin on the AD?
What are the supplements, collagen, whitening pills to take?
What are the mask to use? face mask? lip mask?

Hello 2017 brides! I'm also thinking of starting skincare regime right now, but not sure what is best. My current face is generally ok, no pimples or acnes.
I'm just looking to brighten overall skintone. Not sure if if lasers or IPL will help?

Hi Ladies,

my skincare routine has an additional step since the wedding is coming real soon is by taking birdnest every friday or sunday before going to sleep, on empty stomach. A tip passed down by my mum. Other than that is just regular moisturiser and monthly facial.

Has anyone tried the Meiji collagen powder or their drinks? I heard its good for the skin but do they work? I can't seem to find many Long term reviews about them online.

hi all! ive just starting my facial package, am doing the usual hydrating, brightening. plus eye gua sha to improve blood circulation and DPL for my slight pimple marks on chin.

for skincare, ive also just started using for beloved one brightening series and mask sheets from a taiwan brand, l'herboflore.

i think most importantly skin must be hydrated so makeup will stay long!

anyone here planning to get ampoules so dont have to get from MUA/bridal studio?

My wedding is end 2016 and I'm a bit nervous because I haven't really been doing anything special for my face yet! The only thing I've done are some sheet masks that I got on my Taiwan trip. Thinking of collagen supplements but I don't know whether Meiji or Kinohimitsu is better. I'm also starting to sleep earlier, be more hydrated, exercise more etc.

@cherryame, thinking of getting my own ampoules, but I don't know what the recommended brands are.

i guess it will be good if u can start ur skincare regimen now as it is advisable to start at least 6mths.
i heard those powder ones can be quite heaty. have not tried it personally before though.

i saw ampoules from envie de neuf and l'herboflore, both seems quite good but want to hear more opinions. :)

Just an update, I've been taking the Kinohimitsu Diamond Nite for about 2 months now and it's helped my skin. My skin looks brighter and my puffy eyes are less obvious. It helps me to sleep at night too, so I feel more rested in the morning. c: The good thing is that it's not heaty, so there haven't been any side effects for me.

Exercising and dieting has really helped my skin too, so it's a nice bonus besides losing weight, haha!

I just tried IPL for freckles on my face for the first time! oh my the results were amazing!! one time and I can see some of the prominent ones gone. subtle ones still stay though

Where did u do your IPL? How much is it?
I did it in korea when I was there, cost me about $135 sgd for IPL and Laser Toning, which I thought was quite cheap! I saw a poster on FB of this clinic, offering 8 sessions for $888, starts with E, cant really rmb the full name. But abit scared of their hard selling!

Such a good deal!! It's really expensive in Singapore!

Just to share, i have tried crystal tomato supplement. I seriously dont see any difference in my skin complexion, so i will not recommend anyone to take. Moreover, it is not cheap.
I am starting on kinohitmitsu collagen drink, will observe if there is improvements.
I have also sign up a package(10x) at Atlas Medical Aesthetic clinic $3000++, my package is almost finished but i do not see improvement in my skin and their package is so EXPENSIVE. The staffs there are very pushy, they will keep selling me different types of package while they are performing facial on me, this really turns me off. So please do not patronize them. Highly NOT recommended.
