Booking of venue n catering if the venue don't include food will take up most of your budget. Photography is another big chunk too if your budget includes pre-wedding photos. Clothes can get expensive too unless you're looking at simple dresses or renting. Maybe what you can do first is to determine how many people u will be inviting because that will determine the size of the venue n catering u need. Then prioritise what u definitely must spend on what what u can comprise on.
Difficult, but can be done, you just need to watch carefully where different parts of your budget is going. For lunch maybe find a big enough casual dining place or big cafe? My friend is doing at food for thought and I think they should be able to fit 100pax. Once you have the venue settled you'll have a better idea how much is left for other things. If you wanna do decorations, can try asking brothers/sisters to help instead of engaging a company to do it. Cheap deco can be bought at daiso, and instead of getting a bouquet from a florist just buy a few stalks and make it yourself. I bought 4 stalks of blue hydrangea for $72, when a small bouquet of the same would have cost $200++, used 2 stalks for bouquet and the remaining as deco for the aisle and signing table. Can look for freelance photographers and ask for discounted rate if you're looking at 5 hrs or less. Might need to compromise on getting an average MUA as gd ones are quite expensive. Are u doing rom at the venue or at a separate place?Im planning for 100pax and renting of clothes for both of us. Possible?

Make up artist. Hmm getting someone to do the deco for u will be costly. Like, can go up to $1k+ because you're paying for manpower also. If u 2 have brothers/sisters helping out on your AD then might as well ask them. Within reasonable "demands" (haha), that's what they're supposed to do anyway. if u don't wanna buy deco stuff, maybe you can Google for deco companies and rent from them instead, so won't end up with props you don't want to keep at the end. If you're doing rom at the venue then that might save you some costs too, just remember to have angbaos ready for the JP and all your helpers.Im doing the rom at the venue also.. Like all in 1 thing. But my art is really bad so im thinking of engaging a company to do that. Whats MUA anyway?
Actual DayWhats AD?? Normally how much does a MUA cost? How much did you spend for yours?![]()
Yeaps! I think easier this way... But i dunno normally how much it will costPackage as in with bridal studio? Then they will have photographers that they work with who they can recc.
