  We recommend reaching out early as popular dates, especially weekends, get booked quickly. Our team can check availability and hold tentative dates while you finalise your plans.

• What is the minimum spending or minimum number of guests required?

  Our packages are flexible for intimate solemnizations to full celebrations of up to 200 guests. Minimum spend depends on your selected date and time.

• What is the maximum capacity at 1-Arden?

  Banquet-style: up to 200 guests. Cocktail reception: up to 250 guests depending on layout.

• What does your wedding package include?

  Includes a 4-course Western or Asian menu, beverages, AV system, bridal room, service staff, and floral décor. Fully customizable.

• Can we bring in our own vendors?

  Yes, external vendors are welcome. We also have trusted partners familiar with the venue.

• Do you have wet-weather backup options?

  Yes, indoor contingency plans are available for outdoor solemnizations to ensure smooth celebrations.

• What are the payment and cancellation policies?

  A deposit secures your booking, with balance due on the wedding day. Postponement support is available. Cancellation terms are outlined in the contract.

• Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

  Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and special meals are available. Halal meals can be arranged via partners.

• Can we have a food tasting?

  Yes, tastings are available for confirmed bookings.

• How long is the venue booking?

  Standard booking is 4 hours, with options to extend for setup or after-parties.

• What facilities and amenities are provided?

  Includes bridal room, AV system, coordinator support, guest lift access, parking, and convenient MRT connectivity in the CBD.

• Are there any décor restrictions?

  Décor is allowed if it does not damage the venue. Some items require prior approval.

• Is there a cutoff time for celebrations?

  2:00 PM for lunch and 10:30 PM for dinner. Extensions may be available upon request.
