Tiffany Masterpieces Fall 2015
The Tiffany Masterpieces Fall 2015 collection held its worldwide debut in Singapore in October in a gala showcase.
Inspired by the iconic New York City skyline reflecting the glitter of the night sky, design director Francesca Amfitheatrof created a Masterpieces collection that sparkles with the intensity and fire of the city that never sleeps. To capture the irresistible glitter of the stars dancing upon city lights, she turned to Tiffany’s trove of the world’s finest diamonds.

The Masterpieces collection celebrates the design journey of Tiffany craftsmen through the ages with new interpretations of styles from bygone eras. From the luxurious elegance adorning the aristocracy as they embraced the modern world of the 1940s to the 1960s, and the decorative style known as the “Hollywood Regency”, comes a collection with Tiffany’s legendary effortless glamour. Strong lines, sculptural shapes, and effortless elegance characterise the Tiffany Masterpieces Fall 2015 collection.

A beautiful diamond and platinum necklace, whose design is based on a 1930s diamond necklace, celebrates the sleek lines and symmetry of the Art Deco style that characterise two of New York City’s most well-loved structures, the Chrysler and the Empire State building. Over 27 carats of round and princess-cut white diamonds glitter in graphic patterns to create a stunning piece of jewellery that captures the electrifying glamour of then and now.

Going deeper in design history, Amfitheatrof sculpts a bold ring that echoes the striking geometry of the Egyptian pyramids. The stars that shine on modern architectural heights shone first on those ancient peaks, and the ring reflects their timeless allure with trillion-cut and pavé stones.
Necklace in 18 karat gold with rose cut diamonds and rock crystalCuff and ring in 18 karat gold with rose-cut diamondsCleverly evoking the drape and textures of embroidered silks and fabulous tassels, a gold bracelet shimmers with every movement, like the richly layered fashion of the 1940s-1960s. Five rows of 18 karat gold links and rose-cut diamonds totalling over 37 carats set in a hexagonal pattern drape luxuriously over the hand, with a fringe of gold and diamond spheres. An ingenious rock crystal clasp fastens the bracelet’s five chains in individual grooves.
Reworking the graphic ball motif of a 1960s ring from the Tiffany Archives, design director Francesca Amfitheatrof sets 13 carats of rose-cut stones in hexagonal patterns on a sleekly modern 18 karat gold cuff.
