Altered neckline cos my neck too fat

Bust : 33-34
Waist : 26
Hip : not an issue cos this is high waist that opens into a ball gown bottom

Suitable for 48kg / 158-160cm

2) verawang replica gown, low waist, elegant, one shoulder, flowy gown will drag on floor
Worn once only for dinner 1st march in
*floral pattern on one shoulder a little come off.
Need fabric glue or handsewing to put it back in place*
