Hello wedding couples!

We are looking to sell our confirmed wedding banquet package at Shangri-La Singapore Orchard, Tower Ballroom for 19 September 2026 (Saturday lunch) from 11.30am - 3.30pm.

It's on a Saturday, weekend date. Tea ceremony arrangements provided at the hotel prior to reception.

Wedding Package

• Committed Attendee: at least 180pax ; able to increase accordingly if you have more guest to invite.
• Lunch Package: S$198.80++ per pax
• 6-course menu; individually plated (Grand Collection)

Note on Special Dietary - muslim (no pork, no lard) and vegetarian set menu can be arranged S$198.80++ per person. Halal certified Muslim set menu can be arranged with a minimum requirement of 5 sets per order. Delivery fee of $150.00++ applies. Two (2) weeks advance notice is required for any established dietary request.

• Hotel provides:
  • A dinner savouring for your selected set menu for ten persons (Applicable from Monday to Thursday only, excluding Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays)
  • Free flow of aerated soft drinks, mixers and Chinese tea
    A thirty-litres barrel of Tiger draught beer OR A bottle of house wine per guaranteed table of ten persons
  • A bottle of house champagne for the elegant champagne tower
  • Corkage waiver of one (1) bottle of wine/champagne/hard liquor for every guaranteed 10 guests (Alcohol served must be sealed and duty paid, based on 700/750ml. Hotel reserves rights not to serve any duty-free alcohol)
  • A model wedding cake for cake cutting ceremony, with additional 500g genuine wedding cake given to the newlyweds after wedding
  • Fresh floral wedding decorations in the ballroom
    • 1 x simple stage decoration
    • 6 x floral stands
    • 1 x table floral centerpiece for every table of 10 guests
    • 1 x simple reception table floral piece
  • Choice of a wedding favour from a selection of items (up to two selections, alternate placement for all guests) (Option: Exchange credit of S$2.50nett per guest, which can be transferrable to Floral arrangements for the Banquet reception)
  • Red carpet aisle, grand display of dry ice during the bridal entrance
  • Specially designed invitations with one-colour printed inserts for seventy percent of your guests (Option: Exchange credit of S$125.00nett, which can be transferrable to Floral arrangements for the Banquet reception)
  • An attractively designed wedding guest book and ang bao box (on loan) for red packets
  • Complimentary car passes for 40% of the guaranteed attendance and 3 VIP parking lots along the Hotel’s main entrance
  • A night stay in our Junior Suite, Tower Wing with breakfast for two and dining credit of S$120.00nett for the duration of your stay
  • A day-use in our Deluxe Room, Tower Wing from 9.00am to 4.00pm on your wedding day
• Exclusive Perks:
  • Complimentary barrel of 30-litre draught beer (unconsumed alcohols to be returned to hotel)
  • Additional 1-night stay in the Bridal Room with breakfast for two persons (continue stay from package inclusion. Alternatively to check-in the day before wedding – from 3:00pm)
  • One-night stay in a Tower Wing Deluxe Room with breakfast for two persons (on wedding day – from 9:00am, or the day before – from 3:00pm)
