Hi, I did is water retention massage by using ginger and green tea and there will be machines, wraps to break down fats. It will depends on your body and they will assess it. For me at least 2 hrs. I like their service as they are really attentive and take you as VIP every time you are there. Tells you what's your problem areas and what you should do. Give it a try, the package is not much
