Hey I also want to learn Bikram yoga poses. I have heard that Bikram yoga is very hard. I was wondering if I can learn Bikram yoga poses from online yoga video classes or I have to join the yoga center!! Please reply soon!

@Connor63 l would think that it's better to have someone to guide you on the yoga postures and practising yoga with like-minded people will motivate you more. Moreover, Bikram is a hot yoga which means that the room has already been preset with the right temperature for your body during exercise.
