How about end August? Am looking to transfer my package asap due to change of wedding plans.

(1) Booking for Wedding dinner venue at Park Royal Pickering (new grand hotel near Chinatown - just opened Dec 2012)
Date: 31 August 2013 (Saturday)
Timing: 1830 - 2300hrs (including cocktail)
Venue: William & Pickering Ballroom with floor to ceiling windows
(Min 20 tables, max capacity is 30 tables including 1 reserve)
Ballroom setup:
- Reception Table and Floral arrangement
- Cocktail tables
Round tables of 10 persons
Stage with theme decor
Rostrum with microphone on stage
LCD projector and screen
Decorative cake for cake cutting
Champagne fountain
Complimentary seat covers for all chairs
Fresh floral arrangements for each table
Fresh floral stands along the aisle
Dry ice effect for March in
Parking:
Complimentary parking tickets for 30% of final guaranteed attendance
1 VIP car park lot at driveway

Ours was the international buffet dinner package ($98++ per pax) but the hotel should be flexible to allow changes to sit-down dinner, according to package prices.

Due to a sudden change of wedding date, we have to let go of our wedding banquet at Qian Xi.
Package details:
1) 14th Sept 2013 ( 农历八月十日）
2）If using it on 14th, it will be at ballroom B (the bigger room), including the outdoor balcony for pre-cocktail.
3) More information on the venue and menu can be viewed on www.qianxi.com.sg
4) min 23 tables
