But due to my heavy travelling due to work, i am looking for people to transfer package to.

Expired in May 2016 (20 months)
Letting go @ $2000 ($100/mth)
Got my package at $3210

Complained to the company; then area manager told the same thing “company will not do any of refund”. Given the only option of continue their services and exchange with to their products which I do not need. Feel like being forced to purchase their products. Giving an impression that no willingness to settle/entertain my complaints. Anyone willing to continue with their services or using their products after encountered such a bad services?
