First of all sorry if i'm not under the right thread topic but i noticed alot of them are frustrated on the midst of BTO/EC cancellation and the penalty fees...
Therefore i was wondering if anybody still have the intentions of selling/transferring their EC? My husband and I are looking for our first home. We are open to negotiations.
Pls PM if there's any and we dont mind looking at helping and taking over (if that's possible?)...
Will be happier if u could let me know the project name and the unit floorplan. Thanks in advance!
