Is there anyone has the copy of Statutory Declaration form for soleminization?
I have finished all the procedure of marriage within ROM and got the certificate.
When I did solemnization in ROM, I declared serveral thing according to the Statutory Declaration form but no time to read them in detail.
Now I want to take a look at this Statutory Declaration form again. However, I cannot find it out at ROM website.
If you have the copy of that form or you know where to get/download it, could you share with me?
Thanks in advance.
