Which Hotel Banquet is Good?

Hi All,

I am current choosing wedding banquet. Have shortlisted a few and have requested for quotation. They are the following, not in order of preference:

1)Sheraton Towers
2)Pan Pacific
3)Raffles Hotel
4)Goodwood Hotel
5)Mandarin Oriental
6)M Hotel
7)Conrad
8)Regent

Anyone has been to, or held wedding banquet at the above listed hotel? Would like to hear your comment. Looking for a place which got nice romantic setting. Any recommendation?

Not looking at Merchant Court, GCW, Marriot, Novotel, Hilton, Swiss Otel The Stamford, Intercontinental.

Heard Pan Pac's thumbs up for its food and service
