When is the best time to start planning wedding?

My boyfriend and I have decided to get married in 2 years time,we have even paid a deposit for the pre-wedding photo shoot at Taiwan. We have no idea whether this is a fast decision or not?
We have started planning and set our budget, but will it be too fast as the prices for AD packages will change within 2 years?

So when is the best time to start planning and pay a deposit for gowns etc and start looking for a BS? Please advice.

Hi Joan,

2 yrs is a good time, maybe a bit more then enough time. I understand that the price of hotels will rise quite fast So i think it will be better if you can fix a date first, easier to plan out the details later as most of the services need you to tell them your AD.
