What happens in court?

for those who have been to court because they could not come to an agreement for divorce assets and stuff, can you share?

defendant did an adultery but he does not want to settle me and kid properly and really drove me to the corner with what he offer, things that did not happen he claim it did like loan from xx which i know was not.

if i could i would really stay for kid sake but he wants me to move on but as a Stay at home mom, and yet to find a job...
