This is my 6th draft for AD 2nd April lol. Headache because of requirements from both side families..

Make up: 4 - 6
Sisters arrive at 5.30
Prep for gatecrash done by 6.15
Photos with sisters: 6.15 - 6.30
Gatecrash & Tea ceremony at bride's house: 6.30 - 7.30 (i expect it to be dragged on but the time can be eaten from groom's house side)
Go groom's house: 7.30 - 7.45
Groom's house tea ceremony: 7.45 - 8.30
Take photos with brothers and sisters/go hotel for photoshoot: 8.30 - 9
Rest: 9 - 10
Makeup for 2nd look: 10 - 11
Solemnisation: 11 - 11.30
Cocktails: 11.30 - 12.30
Lunch banquet: 12.30 - 3.30
Remaining tea ceremony: 3.30 - 4.30

I am also trying to come up with the schedule but seem like very tight especially since I am thinking of tea ceremony before lunch.so maybe will do like yours , after lunch reception.

For my 2nd makeup, my MUA will only touch up my makeup and do a different hairstyle for me. You mean your MUA needs 2hrs for 2nd look?

I have no idea. I only ask her how long is the make up she say 2hrs.haha.. Cause if 2hrs my schedule cfm v packed!! guess I shall do the same as u touch up n redo hair Hehe =). Will ur mua stay till 2nd March in?

I got one for my ROM not sure if she is GOOD/BAD cause i have yet to let her make up . but she has many years of experience and wide portfolio.
