Wedding flow = ROM + Tea Ceremony + Wedding Lunch

Hi all,

Just hoping to get some advice on the proposed wedding flow, any things to look out for?

Location will all be at the hotel.

11:00AM - 11:30AM = ROM (only immediate family)
11:30AM - 12:00PM = Tea Ceremony (+relatives)
12:00PM - 1:00PM = Mingle
1:00PM = Start of Wedding Lunch

Also, makeup how? Morning gatecrash one makeup, go hotel where got time?

According to the hotel rep, should start at 1pm, depending on the percentage of guests arrived. I won't be having gate crash of any sort, just pick up my bride at the hotel on the day itself.

Yea I think 30 mins will be sufficient.

My main concern is more of the crowds control. I don't wish for the solemnization to be interrupted by the relatives who arrive early for the TC. Or should I just invite all to witness the solemnisation as well?

Where is the solemnisation held? In a function room in the hotel? If so, your coordinator or helpers can assist to prevent latecomers from entering the room.

It will be held in the same 'partitioned up' room as the TC. After some consideration, we are asking for the relatives to be present for both the solemnization and TC.
