Oops. What abt illido at Sentosa? Not sure abt the sitting capacity but the food is yummy! Ambience good too. Attended a wedding dinner there before.

How about Gardens by the Bay? I attended my friends' weddings, was beautiful when the hanging bulb changes colours.

It depends on how elaborate you want your wedding to be. They have a list of preferred caterers, I'm sure they can do a good job.
