Wedding dinner reception table decors

Hi all BTBs

Any ideas how to decorate the reception table for wedding dinner?
Do you DIY or get wedding planners to decorate it for you?

I'm doing DIY by buying simple tablecloth (still deciding between banquet style or afternoon tea lace) off Taobao and fresh flowers from a florist friend.

I dont like the tablecloth color at my wedding venue.. but if i buy tablecloth, dont have skirting leh..

I'm having a travel inspired wedding! So Yups! Hahaha just bought this recently...for my Ang Bao box hopefully

Instead of a signature guest book, will be putting up a signature globe lol


Instead of number. for the banquet table, Gona use places that we visit. See example:


Painting a huge map then getting people to leave/pin their suggested travel destinations. See inspiration:


Intending to have a photobooth with various costumes/accessories from other countries


Reception table to be decorated with various trinkets we brought back from places we have been to.


On ToP of wedding album. Putting up photo albums of our past trips.
