hi, please give me your opinions about having a wedding camera on each table with a note asking your guests to self take fun pix and write their well wishes.

thanks

I saw this idea in one of the bridal magazines. Think its a good idea! But then, its going to cost lots... U have to buy the camera, and if u wan the guests to write their well-wishes on the photo they took, then it will have to be those polariod cameras. Those are not cheap, plus their film...

hey eowyn thanks for responding.....i read recently after posting that polariad fades after 1-2 years.....not sure if it's true....coz i m thinking of putting in a scrapebook...after 2 years...imagine the pix went blank...wa liew

hi meimei,

i did wanted to do something like this for my wedding. but in the end gave up.

the polariod film cost S$11 plus per box and each box only comes with 10 film.
gona cost you a bomb.

for my friend's wedding, she put a disposable camera @ every table, @ the end of banquet, she end up more than hf missing.

hi baby, thanks for the advice....i think i ve changed my mind about doing this...seems more cons than pros....so xp

Hi peridotitude,

I renting my 2 fujifilm instant camera. If you are interested, can drop me an email [email protected].

Hi meimei and baby,

I used polariod cameras to took photo with my guests and get them write down the blessing on the photo itself and pasted in my guest book. When i flipped the guest book after the wedding, at least i know that who's signature are those. I like the end result very much. Understand that instant film image will last for abt 3 years, but i guess 3 years later i wouldnt be looking the guest book again bah.. heee... That's just my view.

Hi Audrey, if I'm not wrong, there is a seller on ebay that does sell disposable cameras for weddings. think u can just type in 'camera' under the search tool.

hope that that was useful for you.

i had disposable wedding cameras on the banquet tables on my wedding (from local eBay seller)... the guests thoroughly enjoyed it...

setback -- it's not the cost of the cameras that matters... it's the cost of developing them!! nowadays it's cheaper to develop digital photographs than films

erm, am i too late to post, I saw this Live Printing service that redhatmedia.sg is providing and i think it will solve all your problem

hopefully i m not too late... heee
