no prob! i saw a post here on sgbride and emailed her. later i bought the package from her direct cause twc sales boss michelle is very pushy and unfriendly, i didn't want to give my biz to her. heard their coordinators are nice but this boss michelle really turn me off, didn't want to give her the commission.

they don't let her sell it to me, so the seller told them she is gifting it to me with no money earned. they had nothing to say and can't stop client from using their gowns which is paid. she gave me her invoice when i paid her in cash.

just went for my gown selection last week, only a bit disappointed twc design look nice but the wire scratches me and very rough on my skin when wearing. the coordinator say no choice, it is like that for all gowns =( my friend at La Belle say hers is not like that. quite sad. my skin is all red just from trying dress for two hours.

I'm actually currently stuck between Rico-a-mona and TWC for packages. Both have about the same price and quality. I've heard a lot of bad reviews for TWC online and yet a lot of good reviews about Rico-a-mona's service. I like the designs at TWC a little more than Rico-a-mona's though, and didn't know that the dresses' materials are scratchy when worn (I've never tried any). Do you have advice or feedback about TWC after your gown fitting?

for me back then i was thinking either La Belle or TWC only. for service La Belle is better and better photographer (Kenny from La Belle. TWC photographer is very average, their sample pics are nice but regular customer the pics only turn out so-so) and more studio backgrounds. TWC is a bit limited for studio backgrounds, also their evening gown and kua super limited.. i had a hard time choosing. for kua they just take my measurements and never let me try on at all. but for dress TWC are newer than La Belle, maybe becos not as many customers so can stay so new? but the sales is very pushy, esp their lady boss Michelle, very good at putting pressure on couples to sign on the spot and hardsell. i think choose La Belle if you want service, lots of dress options and nice studio photos and good photographer, choose TWC if you want their dress only and like their studio background style. both have ok MUAs. =)

in TWC, go book the dress early cos they have limited stocks for dress, always "already taken". my top 3 all "taken" =(
