Hmm..it's going to be a very long msg. i used to be sceptical about meal replacements and slimming pills coz of health issues. my friend actually dragged me to consult the fitness consultant at coslab...and I didn't regret going...ke ke.
okie...now for the program. the fitness consultant measured my height, weight and body measurement (waist, thighs, hips etc) and also took my blood pressure. Then he calculated my daily metabolic rate, body fats etc. Following this, he explained my daily diet, lifestyle which attributed to my weight gain. After everything, he recommended me to take 1) multi-vits, 2) antioxidants, 3) slimmers choice, 4) Phytomeal 5) anti-cellulite cream. The first items are supplements to replenish the body with enough vitamins to function properly. Combined together, they help to break down stubborn fats. item 3, Slimmer's choice is a orange-flavoured drink to help detox the body so that the nutrients are better absorb and metabolism is returned to normal. Phytomeal is the meal replacement. It's made of 130+ enzymes, oat, bran and whey. These enzymes can also be made in the body, just that each of us due to imbalanced diet can't produce some enzymes. These enzymes are important for the body to perform each task properly (eg. metabolic enzyme is to decide how much energy the body can use). Lastly, anti-cellulite cream is applied on targetted areas to burn off the cellulite.
I considered and did my own research for a few days before signing up the package. It costs me $2.2k using installment by credit. Since exercising does little to help, i figured this is the only way out besides going to slimming centres. Now, I attend yoga classes at times and attend weight management talks by coslab organised for members. i can get member discounts if anyone is interested.
