oh no no.. will not shift first
fh & me were still thinking whether we are able to sleep on the new bed before the wedding. wahahhhahahahaha
a.. yah i packed a little bit of stuff.. but mostly will be clothes, bags & shoes & whatever stuff that cant be shifted now till nearer to date leh...

packing ar..left a bit of toiletries to pack loh,tml then can put in my toothbrush hee..
i used to sleeping so late leh, gd lah can slp in the plane tml hahahaa...
no worries i use have internet in GZ also heehee...gd nitez..

just a little update.. i went to YC to pick up the album and was disappointed. sigh sigh.
ok first, the way my album is like is such that there is a break inbetween the pages. for some of the layouts that has my picture in between, it was broken up and that doesnt look nice
sheesh. i regretted but no choice cos we wanted the pictures to be printed on hard paper rather then the thin flimsy photo paper...
then i spotted some black dots and some short hairs on my pictures! fiak. that pisses me off cos i know that happened when the person doing the lamination aint doing a good job. some were outside and some were under the lamination. the one outside was rubbed away using some stupid oil. i was contemplating whether to reject the album to such that i am still thinking now but ernest rather we save the trouble else they will delay longer and that sucks even more. ok lor. i even called mehmeh to verify the black spots. shucks. i really am disappointed. LL..
then next is the car deco.. the boss of YC suggested a beige silk flower on the red bridal car. we are not tooo particular so ok lor... then for the following car ribbons, she can only do simple nettings. so plain!!!! wtf! i was sianzz and i think i will get the nettings before hand so that i can add ribbons on my own!
overall its just..... so so nia.. its more of disappointment more than anything else.. sianzzz.... but ok lah...

i went in late dec previously. it was still quite OK ~ temperature cooler than SG but much sunnier than SG. at nite you will require a jacket cos of strong winds. day is just very sunny. must apply loads of sunblock and wear sunglasses to protect your eyes. first day i din know. then end of the day, my arms got two colours ~ covered area white, uncovered area red and brown (sun-burnt). think if you wanna go to the beach area, best to wear shorts under the skirt cos the wind is quite strong there.
portion of food ~ can be shared by two ppl. price-wise, higher than SG but cos portions are big so i guess quite OK. we went to a mixture of cafes and restaurants and wineries. most of the time, we order 2 appertizers and 1 main and desserts.
hmmm.....if you prefer to use credit cards, then can change less cash. cash usually for transactions at fremantle or some cafes. think we changed about SGD800 previously....enough to cover some food, petrol, honey, chocolates, books and soaps =)

the cafes are have fresh seafood on display and you choose whatever type of fish or seafood you want and then have them either dry-fry or grill it for you. add loads of lemon wedges and *yummy*

if you have those long-sleeved tee shirts, can wear those ~ at least the sun doesn't get to your arms. i brought only 1 along *sobs* so in many photos can see my "pocky stick" arms *sobs*

u rem there were some YC brides who were upset with certain stuff?? I wonder if they faced the same problems? But they were rather tight-lipped on their problems, so can't infer at all..
I guess there's nothing much Feng Jie & the rest of the coordinators can do, afterall they do the servicing & so loaded with many customers to be so stringent with the checking..
I saw ur posting oredi, but not sure if Anpanman wld reply, she seldom posts.. Hope she does reply u too. Littlelamb also had some problems too, but i can't rem if she's getting to make another. I wld suggest tt u use the defective one 1st & make sure they do a proper one for u, return them the defective album when u get ur gd copy

if u are going in dec, it will be summer liao and i think it will be hot so do bring along some cool clothings for the day. at least bring along some of each so dat u wun run out of clothes to wear when it gets too hot or cold.

if u are going in dec, it will be summer liao and i think it will be hot so do bring along some cool clothings for the day. at least bring along some of each so dat u wun run out of clothes to wear when it gets too hot or cold.

actually i think i cant be bothered now lah.. the whole idea of getting it perfect is also for the guests to see when they are at the dinner.. anyway, the lights of amara is dim so they will not see the spots.. its not that its super huge lah.. just 1 spot here and there.. totally i spotted 10 or so... sigh.. see how lah.. see how long this thing will affect me.. kekee...

I dunno why, but i strongly feel u shdn't take the defective album.. It just doesn't make sense!!! I mean u've gone to the efforts of MTM gowns, spending a whole long day at PS, thought of places u wanted to go to, adorn heavy make-up, brought ur props, all tt effort & u have to settle with sthg less, which is totally not ur fault to begin with??
I think either they charge u less or shd give u a new album.. While u're right tt most guests prob wun be able to spot those problems in the dim lighting, u know it is gnawing at u, tt it just isn't perfect, esp having to wait so veryvery long.. Argh, i feel more irritated than u being the one involved

i dunnoe man.. ok. technically, its not a defective album. if it is, i will reject.. but i dowan to spend the next 3 weeks chasing them on when my album will be ready. its just frustrating. and you guys gave me the idea that i can use the defective one first but i dunnoe man. i aint sure whether i wanna go thru the trouble... shall see how it goes first.. its still daunting me but i am just trying to close 1 eye...

hmmm......the travel to mt fuji is quite a distance. maybe you can see if you have got enough time to fit in?
cos in tokyo city, got the asakusa temple to visit, tokyo tower, rainbow bridge, ginza, shopping districts of shinjuku and harajuku & roppongi for nite-life and HRC

thanks for the info....am still thinking whether to go anot cos itz abt 3 hours from tokyo. i'll be meeting up my ex-boss there who is a native so he will prob plan my program there for us since we r totally clueless where to go...hubby wants to visit the motorshow though.

do think abt it lor...cos afterall spend so much $$ liao so gotta at least have a good and presentable album mah...so if u dun wanna risk and wait, so prob do it after lor. my album cover was also stained a week before my banquet and i was pretty upset as well. so i tried to clean it off as much as i could but still can see the stains lor...but no choice but to use it cos only 1 week and no time to change. after the wedding, i keep thinking and maybe i'm a perfectionist, so i told hubby i wanna change the cover lor even though it will cost us cos i dun wanna end up having a stained album for life lor.

ate dimsum for breakfast and went walk walk, bought 7 pieces of kiddie clothes at 47RMB means 8 bucks sing hahaha, dun have much of my clothes coz its winter soon ,so most of it is long sleeves ...boorringg...
gg out for lunchie later, taking metro which is mrt at below $1, bus is like 20cents per trip hahaha..
have fun, i still miss sg heehee...
the best is the toilet part, we are not supposed to throw the paper into the bowl, so there is a bin to put all this after u pee and poo...arghhh coz they scared get choked and repair cost will be high...its everywea like tt loh..
