yeahyeah, must work out & eat, then u feel very satisfied! I wld love to exercise too, but gym's out of the question & so is jogging.. So I'm left with badminton & blading. But then again, i dun like the sun? So i gotta wait till i get my own private estate or condo, & then swim at night.. OOooh, fat chance!

mehmeh, my hubby same thinking as yr hubby leh...he wld rather buy house than condo whereas i prefer condo to house. for him, he says house is a better investment cos the land belongs to u mah but i prefer condo cos got more facilities.

josl, can tell PIL buying new house must have dog to guard mah...if not, prone to break-in leh. hehehe....at least got excuse to get a dog lor.

i actually like a house better, coz it wld have more space to host frens.. Derek & myself love hanging out with frens & u know lah, town is always crowded on weekends. Having home parties are great! No need to queue for seats or think of where to settle down with a bigger group..

When I pass by huge & beautiful houses, i always imagine tt if any were mine, I wld rent out together with prep food to couples or ppl who need a venue to host a party.. Throw in fresh flower deco too

datz true abt having bigger space lor...but for me, i prefer something smaller cos will feel cozier. i prefer the houses overseas than SG ones....always feel that they are nicer so if i were to buy a house next time, it will prob be in melb....nice and quiet.

Wanted to get a tennis braclet, of coz in man-made diamonds, but couldn't find lah.. Still no replacement for mine. I did however see a nice & reasonably priced piece at Tiong Bahru yest, but considering I had the Taka vouchers, i wanted to see if i cld make use of them.. Alas, i am disappointed..

I'm so happy, met up with my Uni frens for Prata at Thomson.. heehee

Had my egg & onion, but def not as gd as the Jln Kayu version. But the guy who served us is so gd with his service & quite enteratining, so well tt made up for the slightly flawed egg & onion prata.. hehehe
