understand that their package include an one night stay at a hotel, anyone knows which hotel is it? Does the restn has a changing for the bride and is there a reception area for the guests?

Hi I know that the hotel they are offering is Meritius Mandarin. There is a place for bride to change near the entrance of the rest. The reception area is the front of the rest. No much of a space though. I was sourcing for there but I have decided elsewhere for my dinner venue.

Last i saw the restaurant is in teh beginning of this year.
We had plans to book this restaurant for our AD in end 2009/begining 2010.

Hihi everybody!
Just placed my deposit at Teochew City on Sun for my wedding dinner on 11Dec09. I believe they are not relocating, as they will be changing stage's carpet and installing a 42inches plasma TV at the entrance.
Tried their food and it's quite good. Spoke to their manager, Michael Tan, he's a nice man, very negotiable.
Package is very attractive,got free flow of beer and waiver of corkage for wine and liquor.Hotel stay is at meritus mandarin.
Last checked with Michael, there are still weekend slots available for Jan. So,hurry!

I think u can scout around longer since your wedding is in dec 2010. Anyway,the package for 2010 may differ, you can call them up to check.

The price for TC are Nett price.

Had my wedding dinner there in Jun 2011.
happy to heard guest feedback that food was good. The managers (brian, alvin) were experienced, so the whole process was smooth.. The restaurant decor is chinese contemporary, ambience was great with lights dim..sound system also not bad =) Hiccups were: projector(off color), small dressing room, i had 28 tables such that the place was a bit crowded...overall, we were haPPy
