I have signed up a package with Spozami as well. Initially my HTB and I just wanted to find out more about the pre wedd package.SA are quite pushy, so we signed the package eventually. Upon reading reviews on the net we were quite worried, most said that 5-6k package will end up in 10k or more. During my first gown fitting session, I made things clear to the SA, about what I read from the net. They told me that they emphasized more on service and customer satisfaction (which I hope it is true) But up till now, I am very happy with their service. Very attentive, patient and helpful. My shooting date will be next Monday. MUA - Mandy, photographer - David. Hope things will turn out great.

I signed up their package and I really hate their service and attitude. I am trying not to be bother by them because I want to be a happy bride. So far, only MUA Mandy left a good impression on me. Mandy seems to take real interest in understanding. The rest are into profits and if you don't take a lot of photos they will ignore you afterwards, they wouldn't reply or answer to your request. I will share my experiences after everything end...

Hi all,
I have come across this forum while researching for review about Spozami Mansion as I was super disappointed with their after service.Actually I have signed up with them at one of the roadshow in JB in 2014. The reason of taking up with them is because of their good reputation that I have heard from my friends and their photography skills which really impressed me. After signing up with them, it was then I've start to regret on my decision. I have to apologise for my lengthy post below.
This is what happens:
Before the photo-taking session, they have arranged a day for me to choose the gown for my photoshoots and of course due to excitement and ‘to choose the best among them’, I took quite 4 hours to choose my 4 sets of gowns. As I’m a bit plump sized, I’m concern on the gown I have chose, even though I know that there will be editing after that. But the thing is I still need to choose something that suits me right. And so, during the selection of my 3rd gown, one of the shop manager was like ‘aiyo, so long already and you are still picking ar, you choose too long already la, you must know what is suitable for your size…’. After saying that, my sis-in-law overheard the manager whispering to her assistant that need to hurry up already this and that.
Are they trying to shoo me away …. I tell myself nvm, perhaps i’m really occupied too much of their time serving me.
On the day of the photo-shooting I was super excited to wear on the gown that I have chosen, but the excitement didn’t last long. After my MUA, Mandy who have done a great job on for my makeup, has completed the makeup part and she assisted me to change to my 1st gown. To my surprise, the gown wasn’t altered at all as what my SA has promised me that it can be done during the fitting session! Mandy told me that the gown is not suitable for busty size and was wondering how come they will 'recommend' such cutting for me. However it was too late to change to another outfit, so I have to bear with it and Mandy was very nice by helping me to put a double-sized on my boobs area so the side of the gown can stick nicely on my skin. In the end, I have to wear a ‘unfitting gown’ for my shoots and at the same time keep on press on the part of the gown with the double-sided tape as it kept falling off from my boobs, argh! I did told my SA about it and ask her how come it was not altered, she said this is a piece of corset and it cannot be altered and so she continued to put more double-sided tape for me . Although the rest of the gown was ok, but my moods was totally ruin from the very first shoot.
After the photo shoots was done, we will have to choose the photo for the albums. And yes, I did top-put for the photo as David really done a very good job for all the shoots even for the one where i'm wearing a unfitted gown. Some of the photo will still need more editing, hence my SA told me that she can just whatsapp me those that need further editing if everything is ok she will send it our for printing. Well she did send me the edited copy but there were 2 of it where I think there is still more room for improvement, 1 of it is especially important because it is my 'chuang duo' picture where I have to place it on the entrance of the restaurant on my AD. After sending the text her, she did not response to my text and I have to keep chasing it for it. I have tried calling the boutique but every time I called is either no one pick up the damn phone if not will be she is busy and not able to answer to my call. Is has been a week from my text messages to follow up with only that 2 pictures, but still she have yet to send it to me. I don't understand what make it so difficult to edit just 2 pictures and I even top up another 4k plus for my package and this is the type of services I got from them. I'm actually quite worried if they can they can get my stuff printed in time as my AD is around end of Nov this year and now is already mid Sept. Beside that I need some of my wedding pictures for my wedding preparation as well and with their delay it has dragged all my plans where it should be in the pipeline. I'm going to chase them again next week and hope things will get done.
Therefore for all the brides-to-be out there, reviews of bridal boutique is very important and spend more time on researching. I'm super disappointed with their after-service and that kind of attitude. It is totally unacceptable where I have spend so much and this is what I get. Although service is not measurable by monetary terms but still this is a service that they should provide to all their customer be it even if they are not topping for their package. To think of me going down to try on my AD gown next month , make me feel so sick and I have to bear with their so-called 'professional recommendation' again and make a fast selection without dragging their time *rolled eyes*. Totally a nightmare and bad experience.

Anyway I'm going to try on my actual day gown with them soon, it suppose to be something I'm looking forward to, but sadly to say I'm not. argh.. it jus ruin my whole pre-wedding experience

Initially their service is still ok all the way till after your photos are settled, attitude n service go down hill from there. Sales coordinator start to be not afraid to be rude to you. Cause after all you have already spent all your money there. Still waiting to try actual day gowns , not sure how service will be like and whether they will deliver their promises. will update later.

Their photos are undeniably good though. But can be quite an "anyhow job" if you don't look good or not popular high profile type.
