to those people who needs help out there. i have decided to share my emcee script. no thanks to the others who rather keep the good stuff to themselves and not sharing.

This is an Outdoor Solemnization Buffet Lunch, very simple script. feel free to edit and suit to your taste.

<u>Welcome Speech {Prior to March-In</u>}

A very good afternoon to all beautiful ladies and gentlemen, a very good afternoon to all of you. I am xxx, the Emcee of this afternoon and it is a pleasure to see all of you here today to witness this wonderful event.

(pause)

On behalf of Mr &amp; Mrs xxx &amp; Mr &amp; Mrs xxx, I would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for your presence at this joyous occasion, the marriage of xxx &amp; xxx. And on behalf of everyone here, we thank the very important solemnizer, XXX, for his/her precious time and presence.

(gestures to solemnizer and clap hands)

Without further ado, let us all rise, putting our hands together and welcome the bride XXX, accompanied by her father, Mr XXX to the solemnization table.

(clap hands; music plays; doors open; march-in)

Ladies &amp; gentlemen, the tea ceremony shall commence now. Lunch will be ready in about 10 minutes time. The food will be just outside of this room along the walkways. Feel free to help yourself to the buffet after this ceremony.
