Solemnization venues which allow dogs

Would appreciate suggestions please:

I am looking for a simple solemnization venue for only 30-50 pax. Don't require anything fanciful. Only request is that they allow me to bring my pet dog in.

I've tried contacting various places, but got rejected by almost all. Those who accepts, charges more than $12000 which is above my budget

Anyone can suggest any place please?

Not trying to be funny.
But Singapore Zoo really do hold solemnization.
You might call them to check?
But maybe they only allow their own animals.
