Solemnisation brunch

We're looking for an indoor venue for solemnisation brunch (solemnisation needs to be by late morning) in Jul 2015 for approx 70-90 pax. Sit-down or buffet style is fine for us as the setting need not be that formal.

Preferably a hotel that meet our small scale requirements would be good as we will have to book accommodation for some guests that are coming from overseas.

Anyone knows of any recommendations or other suggestions?

anyone know how much is catering for solemnisation? it seems that anything for wedding is above $80 per person

Hi Flo, I did mine in Hotel Jen. The one at Tanglin.
Reasonable rates.

i'm having mine in a few month's time in st regis' brasserie les saveur. solemnization followed by brunch too. they have a beautiful restaurant. max seating capacity 88 pax.
