Hi there lovely ladies! Anyone tried any good slimming drinks? I'm currently attracted by a new slimming coffee brand -- it's said to be able to increase metabolism rate and helps in slimming. But it's a new product so i don't dare to try yet.

Anyone tried anything useful before? :P Thanks!

what brand is that?
i'm planning to take skinnymint coffee, but not for it's purported fat burning effects though. just want a easy to brew, low calorie, instant black coffee that won't break me out of my fasted state every morning as I'm currently doing IF. done skinnymint's teatox before and liked it, hence going back to them for the coffee....

Thanks Mia! skinnymint looks a bit pricey though. apparently they're having some promo right so yeahhh hurry go grab haha. I'm looking at MsKinny which is brand produced by a local blogger in SG. It's newly launched and doesn't have much info avail online yet.... so I'm abit sked . Maybe i shall try a more established brand...

I only drink white coffee.... :(
skinnymint is black, sugarless coffee.... unless you intend to add your own milk and sugar... but you know that's defeating the purpose of drinking it (if you're aiming to lose fats) right?

Well, when I saw the title “slimming coffee” I thought you referred to the product introduced by “Coffee Lam”, a yoga instructor from Hong Kong. In her routine, she takes a green drink from Superfood Lab, which helps her to detox and maintain her weight. Lately she also recommends another product from the same brand, for losing weight and build lean muscles.

oh sorry, skinnymint coffee is not black coffee even though it's only 15 calories and they are supposed to work like a black, sugarless coffee.... it's not exactly bitter or acidic and has a coconut taste (smell is stronger than the taste)....

Hi, try either FL detox or a specific brand’s pu er cha. Go with their probiotic n enzyme. Give yourself about 2 months. U will feel very cleanse, n sure slim down . After coming 2 months, I have slimmed down around 7kg. Internally I feel much lighter n cleaner. I still have quite a few more kg to go but am grateful to detox internally

It is scientifically proven that slimming tea and coffee are natural remedy for obesity and to burn extra calories fat, it also helps to unclog the arteries and clean the metabolism of your digestive system.

Has anyone here tried MsKinny slimming coffee or cocoa carbs blocker?
Will love to hear from anyone here who tried and really saw results...

I've tried exercising, from swimming, high intensity work out, yoga and even dieting, however they were difficult to follow through.
I am currently taking a 100% natural drink to detox, and I'm losing weight gradually
