Btw, are you 'A Love Affair' bride? I have been trying to find some reviews about them but can't seem to find. How was your experience with them and may I know where is the shop located?

Hey there, Nope im not the bride in the pic! Havent worn the dress at all! Im actually a small UK6 but the dress is much bigger than that and im so lazy to alter it haha.

A Love Affair is actually a home run boutique, I wouldn't say the experience was so so only. She does have a wide variety.. but i wasnt too pleased that the gown turned out so huge on me even though she took my measurements before, and I definitely did not lose any weight. She doesnt provide alterations after either, as she says that the price is already very cheap. Dont really agree with that though, since its an MTM dress in a way, it should fit me exactly and not have such a big difference. So yeah, all in all.. wouldn't say it's a great experience but the workmanship is pretty good i must admit.

Hi Kim,

I am so sorry to hear that. Ya, I though MTM dress should be fitted nicely. If the size is wrong, it should be altered to fit. I have checked with some bridal shops. They said they will alter till the gown fits you nicely. They will re-alter if the gown still don't fit you well after 1st alternation.
