I agree with Marian normal diet and exercise can slim me down. It worked for me in the past 2 years. But problem is when I stop (due to knee pain) my weight went up by 3kg. But after enter a slimming program in Bedok I slimmed down by 5kg in 1 month. I am glad there's no rebound so far!
Perhaps for some people their weight increases after they stop exercising?
