Need help.. going ROM at Sept. Im from msia and HTB is SG Citizen. Izzit once we file in, counted approve? Or need to wait till VD / SD only counted? As i knw VD date usually is 2 days before ROM ..Need buy flight ticket for familly..
If u have the possibility to marry in other country -go for it! ROM Singapore just ruined my wedding by saying no on a wedding day. U cannot rely on them! Watch out
