Hi there,
I am checking out solemnization venues for my cousin who is getting married in early 2013, we have shortlisted British Club http://www.britishclub.org.sg/dining/banquet-catering nice cozy spot, nice ambience and affordable. Currently they are only opened to members but from 2013 they will accept bookings from public. You can email them to find out more otherwise when they open to public, the bookings may be quite full
