So nice! But you would probably have to clear the hotel by 4pm?

Hmmm by right the lunch will ends ar 3pm and the latest we can extend will be 3.30pm but we are hoping to end everything at 3pm because solemnization will starts at 6.30pm and we still have wedding dinner aftermath. Its gonna be a long long day! :|

Means you will have a wedding lunch, followed by solemnization and a dinner party? That's one big wedding!

Yep! It will be a long day but not a big wedding. Haha. Lunch for friends and dinner for family But i have yet to do my itinerary yet!

That's nice! Ideally that would give you the most time tos pend with your friends and family anf not rushed through the whole thing.
Have yous secured your venue? Better plan your AD itinerary soon, you have a lot going on! Gonna gatecrash?

Good morning! Nice! I have secured my venue (in May 2015) and the bridal package. Nothing else is done but I am not sure how I should do the itinerary as I have to follow the timing given and need to have solemnization, tea ceremony all within few hours? Mine's a lunch so its gonna be so rush.. So prolly can't do gatecrash.

Hmmmm, you can have the gatecrash earlier And you can do the tea ceremony at your venue where you hold your lunch after your solemnization or after your wedding lunch. But it also depends on how your family wants it to be..

Sounds about right! Or maybe no gatecrash but instead a simple shoot with my bridesmaids? Is it weird to have tea after lunch? Everyone should be quite full?

I think its quite alright because it is just a small sip of tea and also tea helps to digest after a heavy meal! Hahaha.
