You will probably have a very hard time finding your JP and venue. And you need to go through the trouble to make sure the venue rental and JP's schedule can match. On the day itself, the venue won't let you host more guests than you planned, won't let you have the venue earlier nor allow you to stay longer. The JP will rush from appointment to appointment and there might be a possibility that he/she will be late for yours.
My advice: Save yourselves the stress from all these uncertainty. Pick another date. Plus, according to some fengshui masters, 10.10.10 isn't a very auspicious date.
