I jus had my big day on 31 Aug 2014
, and would like to make a review on RS photography.
Please guys, would like to strongly advise to re-consider properly before engaging them.
Recently i brought the $288 service on deal.com.sg for 2hrs photobooth unlimited shots. Additional top up $100 for weekend surcharge and $100 for live feed service. Total package was $488. I paid for everything before went down to their shop to choose template design, strongly advice to went down choose ur photo template discuss what u wan before paying!!! After i went down, they told me actually i no need to go down, jus need to pass them the photo we wan to put at the photo boarders of the template and they will help us come up with the designs. so i passed them and waited for them to reply me with the template, but long and long waiting, no news from them so i email them for updates, they replied and said will only mail us the template 2 weeks before the actual day. WTF!! 2 weeks time to decide on the template before my actual i thought it was to rush but no choice i had to wait patiently.
When it's nearing, finally a template from them, i was expecting them to design a few template for me to choose from, but guess what, they only replied me with jus 1 template and an ugly "curry" colour as background and 4 photos in 1 photo. I was quite pissed off so i called them up, told them wat i wan, but what they reply is pls email them with what i wan and they will see from there. It's nearing my big day so i decide to to design a powerpoint and show them roughly what i wan and email them. Guess what they reply, they reply with a software program dl and ask me to edit from there, WTF!!! i paid for them to design for me and this is what they replied, i was totally shocked!! I called them up and told them i dun have the software, so they reply me to send them the image i used for my background and they help us design. And after i email them, no news again, i was damn freaking worried... 2 days before big day, i called them up and tell them i am very worried, he replied me that they have send. Then i check my email again and again, 5mins interval and keep on refresh, after 2hrs i still didnt receive anything from them.. i called them again and sms them again, no pick up. and only receive the email from them during at night. The template is what wan, similar to what i have send them at powerpoint, i would only like to edit the wording in black and picture of the photo frame smaller, becos its only 1 day to the big day, they didnt send me the last copy of the template, so i only got to see the template on my actual day. Guess what, they change the word in black but the font was the wrong one. i am really pissed off!!! but there is nothing i can do.... pls pls.. strongly advice, consider and re-consider before signing anything from them.
PS : unlimited shot ( but only 1 print at 1 time, if the photo got 4 person he can only snap 1 time and thats it, 1 print for the 4 person, expect them to tear apart the photo... )
