Hello everybody,
I have no idea why is there no reviews (only positive ones) on Bridal Concept. As BOWS is upcoming, I would like to contribute to the public and give my review on this BS.

A little background, I signed the package at the fair thinking that I got the best deal. But this isnt the case as i seen even cheaper package out there after reading some forums. There was no contact after the deal until 2-3 mths later to get our wedding date and our preferred date for pre shoot. Yes we should have call in and ask but as a clueless couple, we thot that they should at least give us a call and tell us about the process. for passive couple, this is not the bs you are looking for.

So, after giving our preferred pre-shooting day, we were asked to try the gowns merely one mths before. we are asked to book appt for trying but "not allowed" to book on weekend and coordinator on leave day which happened to be our freer dates as we are very busy with work.

okay, then comes *gown selection*.. i agreed that i do not have a model built. i am petite and not super toned. therefore most of the gowns are not suitable. to add on to the frustration, the coordinator give black face and other helper at the side gave sarcastic remarks. to be fair, i am a paying consumer i dun think this is the treatment i deserve!! there are some gowns which i love, but there are booked during my shoots. all the coordinator did was just grab brunch of gown to let me try but keep saying NICE NICE NICE which is not!! when i asked to take a look at the indoor studio, she reply me that the lights are off =.=
i once called in to ask if one of the gown i tried can be booked for my AD, the coordinator say she will check but she did not call back. i called again but she gave impatient tone that she has told me before that that gown is booked by others and say many thing that imply i should rmb this detail. oh man, how and why should i? she couldn't even rmb and expect the same?

the mens suit are limited and even ask my bf to bring his own.. wtf do we sign package ??
because the coordinator unfriendness i walked into the bs feeling stressed every time. i hoped that the MUA and photographer would be kind to us.

I also did my pre-wedding photos and AD photos with Bridal Concept. Bad experience. As part of my package deal it was agreed and promised that my gown will be tailor made for me the way I design free of charge, and it was a lie, they charged me $350 for the dress and claimed "the design" was free of charge. And since I was already stuck with them I had no choice to pay for the extra charge on the dress. All the while they didn't say anything about this "free of charge tailor made dress" from the date they put this on the agreement until I had to pay for the dress, otherwise I would have picked a dress off their rack already at the early stage instead of being stuck with the extra charge. The AD photos were HORRIBLE. I deliberately went to the beach super early in the morning to avoid the crowd so I can have the beach as my background to take photos there with my bridesmaids and the background was blurry in every single photo, made us look like we took those photos in front of a wall paper. I only have one word for signing up with Bridal Concept - REGRET!
