Many of us know that nowadays alot of taiwan bridal shooting company are coming singapore to do exhibitions and stuff. Many of them will psycho you and shows you alot of beautiful pictures and stuff not only that they will push you to sign for full payment or even pay deposit.
Kindly let me share how it went for us.
We signed our package for $3880 SGD with packages below.
-30 edited photos and 30 behind the scene picture
-1 x big book album and small book
-1 x ferry wheel picture holder
-1 x Bed room picture
-1 x 65" poster for your acutal wedding day
-1 x Glass photo frame and photo for you to display on your living room
-6 x dresses for my wife and 4 x causal wear for the guys with 2 full suit.
-3 Night stay at hotel, Breakfast, lunch , dinner all included.
Things that are not included - need to pay by yourself
Air Ticket, Train fees.
Happily reached the actual bridal shop on the very day and found out something was missing inside their package.
1) Amplouse (selling at SGD$25 per bottle 10ml and its not in a roll of 10 bottle ! OMG) and my wife uses 1 bottle of them and 2 for me
2) Invisible bra (selling at SGD$100 per set for made in taiwan, SGD$125 per set for made in USA) damn pissed off although i am not the one wearing. But ladies~~~ how ex is a pair of invisble bra?
3) As i am quite tall and weird arm lengths, which the taiwan sales person during the exhibition told me they can customized the suits to make a nice fit for me. End up when i was there, they using standard size to fit me. Just to cover my arm length and my height, they used a much bigger inner shirt to cater for their so called (customized).
-Not to mention the clothes that they provided for the guys are awful, and you have to top up another SGD $160 just to get nicer material, the ones that they provided are ugly.
During the photo selection day, we found out that 30 photos are not enough and we went to top up another SGD$1,300 just to get another 23 more.
AGAIN! things that are not included -
1) Bed frame photo and 65" poster must carry back Singapore by ourselves! I ask them if we can shipped back together with the final touch up. They insist that we have to take it back ourselves if they have to charge us shipping fee at SGD$200 for a f***ing 3.5kg bed photo frame. End up i ask them to sent to my Taipei hotel and i will ask the hotel pple to ship for me and its only SGD$45 dollars.
After 1 month of waiting for the 1st review of their photo touched up before printing.
- Edited pictures came back are craps. most of the pic dont look like us and my face became super duper fat which is totally different during our choosing photo stage.
- My jaw line got edited away and my neck become like i have double chin.
The experience is quite saddening, which now we have to look for spare alternative incase this boutique in SG if they totally failed us. We are still giving them chance to change as to be fair that this is the beta version of viewing.
To all my friends out there, this is my experience to share with you. What you see & heard from the exhibition pple might not turn out to be the same. Its just a marketing skills to lure you to pay to them. Remember to en-force their words in black and white, if over there they dont follow what their bill stated, you can F them.
