Correct me if I am wrong, i went thru HELL for my renovation, as been played around by unrealiable void deck contractors doing up my place with unpleasant outcome. Thingys not done up yet delay my completion making my family have no place to stay, I would say that if even choosing your contractor to done up your place must be a realiable one with HDB licence and ACRA registered and prove to carry out the work well. Cheap things don't come good and good things don't come cheap as I always reminded by the phrase but to the rescue I found someone trust worthy to provide the service and completed my renovation in a blink of my eye with their own work force. I will like to thanks them for the effort to complete my place after breaking off the devil hands of the void deck contractor. To the rescue we only wasted 1 week of hotel stay and moved to our new place immediate after completion as before they take over, we are 3 week back from moving in date with un finish retiling flooring, ceiling, plumbing and electrical. Grandmother story again haha back to topic.
