Mandy, received your email.... they are lovely!!! I'm VERY impressed!!!
For me, I'm planning to scan our pict onto translucent insert like a watermark, and then type the words over it..... have not tried out yet... what do you think?

i wanted to do that actually... then again, watermark logo will only look good in certain kinds of paper, so i did not do it loh... but if u are printing on inserts, i think it will be fine!!!

Hi Mandy, what do you mean by "certain kinds of paper"? I'm thinking the paper should be translucent,... is that what you mean?
 
hi obide,

transulent kind of ppl will make the ink run..so u got to be very careful when u print on them. certain kind of paper will bring out the water mark very nicely, for instance, artpaper, esp the matt kind. it would have look very badly on woodfree and even fancy paper...

paiseh, but what is art paper, will i find it at bras basah/concourse? just ask the staff and they will know izzit?

Nice to hear of you from this forum. Would appreciate to receive your email on the angbao box, diskette card and wedding card.....

I hope to catch a glimpse of your creation as my wedding is coming this Dec. I am about to send my wedding cards for printing, but somehow, the design of the card (given by the hotel) is limited and the front cover of the card has little space for printing usage. The inside of the card is standard lah...but wonder, can we just print on the card direct, without using the translucent paper and the string?? Will it look cheapskate and funny??

Btw, i quite like the idea of printing the real life photos in front of the Wedding card...

Can we use normal scanning and then mass print on the cards (by outsource printer)? will it look blur? Pls advice..
