PPO ballroom is a nice cosy place for 120 guests only. I went for site visit few weeks back. The seating are arm chair type n no pillars. Can consider this hotel if your total no of guests are less than 12 tbls.

Went food tasting. 13 pple (3 kids, 9, 7, 6) Food portion wise seems adequate. Food is good so far. Hopefully the standard will remain the same till AD.
Polite service I received so far. Both main chef and wedding coordinator, Zul.

The ballroom is really small and low ceiling. But rather nicely decorated I would say. Service wise quite good, drinks promptly refilled etc. However that's all the gd stuff I can think of.. The food was quite average IMO, not up to 5 star hotel standard and forgettable, also the portions were rather small.

I feel that the perks are not as good as other hotels. If I'm not wrong, there isn't any free champagne for toasting and no free barrel of beer too..sigh.

Your info maybe a bit inaccurate. They do have champagne fountain for toasting. The packages comes with wishes which includes 1x20l barrel of beer and 1 bottle of wine per table.

mine can choose 3 wishes too. maybe you chose others. There are roughly 5-6 wishes.

Held my wedding there in December. Excellent service, have to put up with my hubby's pickiness. Thumbs up for their chefs, banquet manager and wedding coordinator. Good thing is that there's only 1 main ballroom, accommodate only 1 wedding.
Just one thing to note is that the projector that is placed in front can barely be seen. Had 10 tables, maybe only first 4 tables can see if u decide to do the long march-in.
Ended up paying for the back projector as well. Food portion wise should be consider good, as there are quite alot of leftover.
If you had selected the barrel of beer for wedding wish, do rmb to ask them to offer to your guests.
The wine was finished and left alot of beer (only 16 glasses out of 60 glasses). Some of my friends commented that they poured too much wine for the first few glasses.

There are a lot of delays for my event. From solemnization to banquet and shortage of manpower and many others.
However, hotel provide us complimentary items.
