I need some advice. I recently signed up a package that includes gown, makeup and photographer. The makeup artist has not been helpful. The planner assigned a inexperienced mua. She drew me like a 7th month ghost. Then asked me to top up for senior artist. Asked me to go get my brows shaped before my event. My wedding is at sentosa. Now she sent me an invoice for transportation to sentosa. Isn't these already in the package? Is this normal? Is this what most of the brides go through
