Order of the day

Hi,
I am doing my customary (bride fetching, tea ceremony) and ROM on the same day.

I was thinking of the following:
- fetching of bride then go straight to hotel
- solemnization at hotel
- tea ceremony (both sides) at hotel
- lunch reception at hotel

It will be around 50 pax.

Do I need to change to tea dress in between the tea ceremony (in between groom and bride side) or can I change to tea dress before the entire tea ceremony and serve both sides with in the same dress?
